Using The Interactive Collection Views

The "Collection View" consists of four interactive components:

• A mutation distance based tree or network showing the relationships between the selected assemblies, visualised using PhyloCanvas.

• A global map showing the locations of assemblies that have geospatial metadata.

• A metadata display area that includes the user-supplied data, calculated typing assignments such as MLST and Genotyphi, and antimicrobial resistance predictions.

• A query bar that allows the selection or finding of assemblies by searching the metadata fields.

The header row also contains links to the home page, and a "Downloads" button in the top right.

Clicking on the assembly name in a table brings up the detailed genome report.
